Throughout all the processes of change I seem to become more of who I am, not less. How is that possible? As I disintegrate, what am I? As I look within, I start to doubt the divisions I’ve placed upon my experience–physical, physiological, mental, emotional, or spiritual. Something simple, indivisible, and unchanging is there. Something I can only be, not do. Within the unchanging simplicity of yourself, what do you see? Do you see the same thing?

“Be as simple as you can be; you will be astonished to see how uncomplicated and happy your life can become.” -Paramahansa Yogananda
